Required to Rent

Rental Waiver & Liability Agreement

All renters must read and sign this agreement before HomeDrop Golf drops off a Garmin R10 launch monitor and inflatable simulator enclosure at your home or event venue.

1 · Assumption of Risk & Injury Liability

Golf involves the swinging of clubs and the striking of golf balls at high velocity. Renter acknowledges that the activity is inherently dangerous, including the risk of injury to participants, bystanders, pets, and property. Renter agrees to swing only within the inflatable enclosure, to keep all other persons and animals outside the netted area during play, and to assume full responsibility for any injury sustained by themselves, their guests, or any third party during the rental window. HomeDrop Golf LLC, its owners, employees, and contractors are hereby released from any and all claims of personal injury arising from use of the equipment.

2 · Damage to Equipment

The rental kit (inflatable enclosure, impact screen, Garmin R10, iPad, hitting mat, projector when applicable, heater, and flight case) has a combined replacement value of $4,800. Renter agrees to inspect the equipment at drop-off, to use it only as instructed, and to keep it dry, indoors, and away from open flame. Renter is financially responsible for the full repair or replacement cost of any item that is damaged, soiled beyond cleaning, or returned in non-working condition. HomeDrop Golf will provide an itemized invoice within 7 days of pickup; the card on file may be charged for the assessed amount.

3 · Theft & Loss

The equipment remains the property of HomeDrop Golf LLC at all times. From the moment of drop-off until pickup, Renter is solely responsible for securing the kit in a locked garage, locked home, or otherwise monitored space. In the event of theft, loss, or failure to return the kit at the scheduled pickup time, Renter authorizes HomeDrop Golf to charge the card on file the full replacement value of the missing components, up to $4,800, and to pursue any additional remedies available under Illinois law.

4 · Age & Authority

Renter affirms that they are at least 21 years of age, are the named cardholder on file, and have authority to bind any guests or co-occupants of the rental address to the terms of this agreement. Renter agrees to supervise all minors using the equipment and accepts liability for their actions.
